Since we all want to lose weight, I figured it we all take a few minutes now and then to write our workout outs and/ or discipline or lack there of with eating, we can help keep eachother accountable and motivated! You need to make a blog account in order to post/ respond, but it is super easy.
I hope you will all join me in our quest to get rid of our unwanted weight!!

Julie: I'm doing well at my exercise, but we blew it this weekend in Eureka. Lots and lots of good food. Back to the regular food. Oatmeal this morning and salad for dinner, but I'm going to make it a yummy salad like dad likes!! - Love, mom
ReplyDeleteI'm so in. :) Bad food weekend. I did well on the trip up North but the way back was AWFUL! I actually had a ... wait for it ... DONUT! arg. Oh well - back in the saddle again tomorrow! :)
